Warranty and returns

We strive to provide our customers with high-quality, reliable products, so we guarantee:

Product authenticity — we work only with official suppliers and verified manufacturers.

Warranty service — all products are covered by the manufacturer's official warranty.

The warranty period depends on the specific product and is stated in the product description.

Exchange and returns — if the product has a manufacturing defect or does not match the order, you may return or exchange it in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

Quality control — before shipping, each item is checked for compliance with the stated specifications.

Payment

• Full payment to the sole proprietor's account.
• For cash-on-delivery orders, a prepayment of UAH 250 is required.
• The prepayment amount is deducted from the total order value.

Returns and exchange

We carefully inspect every item before dispatch.

Returns or exchanges are possible within 14 days of receiving the order, provided the item retains its original appearance and tags, and shows no signs of washing or use.

The prepayment counts towards the total order value and is not refunded if you refuse the parcel or fail to collect the order at the carrier's branch.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, MALOÉ ATELIER covers all delivery costs.

Items made to individual order or adjusted to a customer's personal requests cannot be returned or exchanged.

The shade of the item may differ slightly from the on-screen image due to how different devices reproduce colour.
